Job description:
Cook different Indian meals and food items
Prepare and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items
Supervise kitchen workers
Set up and oversee buffets as needed
Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards
Keep kitchen area clean
Maintain record of ingredients and order as per need
Date, rotate and check inventory to minimize wastage
Assist in planning menus and food portions
