Completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or related roles
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate sales operations and strategies to achieve company targets
• Develop and implement sales plans, including market expansion and client acquisition strategies
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide guidance and training
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Establish pricing strategies, sales targets, and performance metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Participate in contract negotiations and oversee the closing of major sales agreements
