Job Title: Construction Helper (NOC: 75110)

Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible
Wages: $25.00 per hour, 40 hours per week;

Overtime wage: $37.50 per hour after 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay
Work Location: 13043 68 Avenue, Surrey BC, V3W 2E5 (The candidate is required to work on various locations in the lower mainland depending on work project)

Eligibility:

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: Will train
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites
