Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the overall activities of the corporate sales department
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
Establish and implement sales policies, procedures, and performance standards
Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients and negotiate sales contracts
Coordinate regional and divisional sales operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market trends
Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for expansion, including new product lines
Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenditures
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and applicable regulations
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Wage: $56.92 for 30 hours per week Benefit: Vacation Pay 4%
Qualifications/Skill Requirements: – Education: Completion of Secondary School – Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the relevant field – Language: Speak English, read English, write English
