Skill Requirements:

•  Education: A college diploma is required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field are required.
• Languages: Written and Oral English is required.

Specific Skills:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the low-rise cleaning division, including residential buildings, townhouses, and low-rise commercial properties
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality control standards to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage division budgets, monitor operating costs, review financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate supervisors, team leads, and cleaning staff within the low-rise division
• Establish work schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation based on service contracts, seasonal demand, and operational needs
• Oversee contract execution, ensure compliance with client agreements, and manage service timelines and performance benchmarks
• Liaise with property managers, strata councils, and commercial clients to address service requirements, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, company safety policies, and applicable employment standards
• Coordinate equipment procurement, maintenance, and inventory management for cleaning tools, vehicles, and supplies
• Analyze operational reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with senior management on business development strategies, pricing, service expansion, and workforce planning for the low-rise division
