Permanent Position : Pizza Cook (NOC #63200)

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Location: 4305 10^th Avenue, Port Alberni, BC, V9Y 4X5

Wage Rate: $20.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required in food sector.

Languages: English

Specific Skills:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Manage kitchen operations.
