Salary: $82,212 – $85,800 annually (Negotiable)
Hours: 30 hours per week

About the Role
Oziss Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market research data to inform business decisions.
- Direct and evaluate marketing strategies for the organization.
- Oversee preparation of written content for the website and other marketing channels.
- Review and edit reports, presentations, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Develop and manage promotional campaigns.
- Plan and control marketing budgets and expenditures.
- Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote products and services.
- Supervise a team of 5–10 marketing staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of advertising, market research, sales, and strategy.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and email communication.
- Experience in business sales and services, including negotiation and distribution.
- Asset: Knowledge of Panjabi and Hindi languages.
