Job Description
Meera Bakery Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff adherence
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure food quality and service meet established standards
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required
- Maintain records of inventory, sales, repairs and wastage
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Ensure efficient operations to meet service timelines
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school is required
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field
- Language: English
