Responsibilities
Tasks
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, cabins, and bathrooms to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities daily.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned guest areas and common spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairways, lobby areas, and lakeside guest facilities.
- Inspect rooms after check-out and prepare them promptly for arriving guests.
- Replenish housekeeping carts with linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies before each shift.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest requests for extra towels, bedding, and room supplies in a courteous manner.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with laundry, deep cleaning, and event space upkeep as required by hotel operations.
