Location:85 Montpelier St suite G102, Brampton, ON, L6Y 6A6
Salary: $36.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime: 1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Clean and sanitize raw meat products to ensure they are ready for safe processing and cutting.
2. Prepare customized meat cuts based on specific customer requests and preferences.
3. Cut, trim, and portion standard meat products according to established guidelines.
4. Properly wrap, label, and package meat products for display and sale.
5. Remove bones from various types of meat using appropriate techniques.
6. Accurately weigh meat products to determine pricing and ensure correct portions.
7. Cut and divide poultry into standard parts suitable for sale or further processing.
8. Label and price meat products in accordance with store pricing policies.
9. Assist customers by selling meat products and providing product-related information.
10. Oversee and guide junior butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers in daily tasks.
11. Operate equipment to grind meat to required textures and specifications.
12. Arrange and maintain attractive displays of meat, poultry, and seafood products.
13. Shape, tie, and prepare roasts and other meat products for cooking and presentation.
