Job Descriptions:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and oversee food and beverages prepation.
• Monitor activities of staff to ensure safety or compliance with company rules and policies.
• Coordinate, manage, lead, and assess overall operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Managing budgets to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Interview, hire and train new employees.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure contracts for food products and operational supplies.
• Manage the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies.
• Respond to customer preferences and complaints to maintain service quality standards.
• Review work procedures and company operations in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of college or other program in this field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience of supervisory position in a food service sector is required.
