Sushi 1.99 To Go Enterprises Ltd. dba Kimbab Cheonguk is looking for a full-time permanent CHEF to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Details
Location: A-341 North Road, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3K 3V8
Wage: $23.00 - $37.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 - 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Duties
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
• Supervise cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Develop and refine recipes.
• Plan daily menus and ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, sales, and consumption
• Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
• Train new and existing staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
