Job description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of roofs according to the highest quality standards:
- Safe use of specific tools and equipment
- Compliance with on-site safety regulations and active participation in the company’s safety culture
JOB BENEFITS
- Three salary increases in the first year
- Starting at $22/hr; higher rate based on experience
- Permanent, full-time position based in LaSalle
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- 40–50 hours per week
- Weekly pay
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with slate and/or shingle roofing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- CCQ card is an asset
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good physical condition
- Must be comfortable working at heights and in the sun
- Must be comfortable with small roofing jobs and willing to learn brickwork
