NOC: 73200 (Residential and Commercial Installer)

Wage Rate: $ 38.00 hourly

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

No. of Hours: 35 hours per week

Minimum Education: High School Graduation Certificate

Location of Work:  Surrey, BC and the surrounding area on the client's sites across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver, BC

Experience: 1 Year to less than 2 Years

On site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to understand installation requirements, dimensions, materials, and placement details for each sign.
• Plan and determine the most efficient layout and installation method for both interior and exterior signage, considering factors such as surface type, visibility, safety, and environmental conditions.
• Accurately measure, level, and mark installation areas to ensure precise alignment, proper spacing, and secure positioning of signs according to design specifications.
• Install, assemble, repair, and maintain a wide range of signage, including illuminated and non-illuminated signs, using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts while following safety procedures.

• Making sure that signs meet quality and customer expectations.
