Salary: $36.00 to 40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Duites -
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing any old finishes or debris.
- Inspect and repair surface imperfections such as cracks, dents, and holes to ensure a smooth finish.
- Mix and match paints to achieve the required colour, shade, and texture as per specifications.
- Measure and cut wallpaper or other wall coverings, then apply them accurately to surfaces.
- Provide guidance to clients on suitable colour schemes and wall covering options based on their preferences and space.
- Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, or swing stages safely when working at heights.
- Apply paint, coatings, wallpaper, and other finishing materials to both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimate the quantity of materials required and calculate project costs efficiently.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavymaterials.
- Comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday on constructionsites.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and safety.
- Demonstrates strong attention to accuracy, sound judgment, reliability, and punctuality.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills, maintains client focus, and works effectively aspart of a team.
- Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills to understand instructions, safety procedures,and work orders.
