Operate yard loaders, forklifts, and container handling equipment to safely move, load, and unload shipments of packaged food products, pallets, and bulk goods within the warehouse and yard. 

Unload and stage imported goods from shipping containers and trailers; organize and stack inventory for storage and distribution. 

Conduct daily pre-operational equipment inspections; monitor equipment performance, and report maintenance needs. 

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and refueling of heavy equipment; assist with minor maintenance tasks to ensure safe operation. 

Operate equipment in high-volume warehouse and shipping/receiving areas to support distribution operations. 

Assist with container placement, dock setup, and staging for incoming and outgoing shipments. 

Follow all safety protocols, WHMIS standards, and workplace health regulations to ensure compliance and a safe work environment. 

Support the logistics and warehouse team with product flow, inventory organization, and maintaining efficient yard operations. 

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in heavy equipment operation and warehouse logistics. 

Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. 

Strong communication skills. 

Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of handling demanding warehouse tasks.
