Global Spectrum Facility Management LP. #1-300 Highway 2 Dawson Creek, BC V1G 04A -seeking six (6) experienced Executive Catering Chefs to fulfill short term contract to work at a special event in Calgary, AB from August 1 to August 30, 2026. Plan and execute hospitality related services for PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, and Champions Tour Corporate Clients, order food, beverage, supplies. Manage orders, control waste, and process returns at the conclusion of each event, execute hospitality services for thousands of Corporate Clients daily, perform quality control check on all product manage a staff of up to 50 individuals. Must have 5+ years in the following: Experience working Special Events defined above (PGA, LPGA, Champions Tour and Major Music Festivals), working in the food and beverage industry, proven ability to serve in an Executive Chef role, proven ability to deliver high quality service in a high paced environment in all weather conditions, proven ability to manage up to 50 staff. Must have culinary certificate and valid food handling certificate. $36/Hr, 15 days straight 10hrs/day.
