Responsibilities
Tasks
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract prospective students
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, webinars, and information sessions
- Coordinate recruitment events, education fairs and employer networking events to attract prospective students and develop hiring partnerships.
- Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, digital content, and newsletters
- Conduct market research and analyze recruitment trends to optimize strategies
- Represent the College at employer recruitment drives, career fairs, industry networking events and community engagements to promote the College’s programs and develop employment partnerships for students and graduates.
- Respond to prospective-student and employer inquiries through telephone, email, virtual and in-person channels.
- Maintain the College CRM, document prospective-student interactions and monitor lead sources, follow-ups and enrolment conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute recruitment campaigns
- Follow up with prospective, admitted and enrolled students to address recruitment-related questions, collect feedback and testimonials, and encourage referrals.
