Job Duties:
- Gather and document user requirements to understand system needs and project goals.
- Research technical information to support the design, development, and testing of computer-based systems.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing workflows, data usage, and existing business processes.
- Create flowcharts, system layouts, and technical documentation to help identify and implement solutions.
- Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems.
- Plan and oversee each stage of integrating software and computer-based systems.
- Evaluate system performance and reliability to ensure efficient operation.
- Conduct testing and perform security and quality assurance checks on systems and applications.
- Execute software and telecommunication system tests and maintain accurate test documentation and results.
- Prepare software maintenance plans and provide ongoing system support strategies.
- Organize and summarize technical information throughout all phases of the system development lifecycle.
- Lead and collaborate with teams of IT professionals in developing software, embedded systems, and integrated information systems.
