Liquid Rock Concrete Construction & Design Ltd., based in Vancouver, BC is focused on delivering a superior level of quality workmanship to its clients. We are currently looking for 2Brick and Stone Masons to join our team as soon as possible.

Position: Brick and Stone Mason

Job Type: Full-time; Permanent

Number of Positions: 2

Salary: $38.00 per hour

Expected start date: As soon as possible

Work locations: Various locations in Vancouver BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.

Position duties:

• Read plans and blueprints to calculate materials required.
• Cut, shape, and trim bricks, blocks, and stones to precise measurements using hand and power tools.
• Prepare, position, and lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and related materials to build or repair walls, foundations, and other structures in residential and commercial settings.
• Build chimneys and fireplaces for residential or commercial buildings using bricks or other masonry units.
• Install bricks, stone, or similar materials to create decorative veneer finishes on walls or other surfaces.

• Lay bricks or other masonry units to build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations.
• Construct and install prefabricated masonry units.

Position requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of an apprenticeship program in the relevant trade OR three years of work experience in the trade is required.
• English communication skills are required.
