Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (negotiable)
Hours: 30–40 hours per week

About the Role
E-NET SOLUTIONS INC. is hiring motivated and dependable Solar Panel Installers to join our growing renewable energy team. This position involves traveling to residential, commercial, and rural job sites to install solar energy systems and exterior prefabricated products. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work and want to build a career in the green energy industry, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels and related exterior prefabricated products
- Determine layout and installation procedures
- Measure and mark installation guidelines
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform installations safely and efficiently
- Work at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions
- Travel to multiple job locations as required
Requirements
- Other trades certificate/diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in solar installation, construction, roofing, or related trades is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Must pass:
- Criminal record check
- Driving abstract check
- Drug test
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-focused
