Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Clean work area
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Operate and control: electroplating equipment to coat metal, hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and/or spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts
- Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
- Tend or operate equipment to prepare items for application of protective or decorative coatings
- Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat
Experience and specialization
Type of product: Construction materials or coatings, General metal products
Type of paints or coatings: Metallized coatings
Equipment and machinery experience: Galvanizing equipment, Hot-dip metal plating equipment
Type of industry experience: Component manufacturing industry
