Job description:

Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)  

Employer: CHACHA’s Tandoor & Grill, Delta (BC)

Position: 1 (One)

Work Setting: Restaurant

Job Type: Full Time and Permanent (30-40 hrs a week)

Wages: $ 36.60 per hour and all other benefits are as per Canadian law

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: Secondary School graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience

Language: English

Job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: -

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
• Recruiting staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for small gatherings
