 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in food service areas, including servers, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
  • Plan and assign work schedules, monitor staff performance, and provide training or coaching as required.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations in all food preparation and service areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock and usage.
  • Assist in menu planning, special event arrangements, and daily food preparation requirements.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain cost control by managing waste, portion sizes, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on staff performance, inventory, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during events, conferences, and hotel services.
  • Enforce workplace policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols among food service staff.
