Serenity Esthetics Spa is a professional skincare and esthetics service provider operating

multiple spa locations across the United States and Canada, including locations in St.

Catharines, Mississauga and Burlington Ontario. We specialize in personalized facial

treatments and advanced skincare services delivered by trained estheticians in a professional

spa environment.

We are is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Consultant to develop and

implement marketing strategies that support the growth of our aesthetic and skincare

business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing communication

strategies, managing digital marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and creating

promotional materials to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and support customer

retention.

The Marketing Consultant will work closely with management to identify marketing

opportunities, evaluate campaign performance, and develop strategies to promote the

company’s services across digital platforms.

The main duties include:

Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the company’s

skincare and aesthetic services.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and campaign

performance.

Develop digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website

promotions, and online advertising initiatives.

Prepare marketing materials, including website content, newsletters, brochures, reports, and

promotional communications.

Manage and update digital marketing databases, customer engagement platforms, and online

content.

Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and client retention.

Monitor and analyze online reviews, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to identify

marketing opportunities.

Coordinate promotional campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.

Maintain and expand the company’s portfolio of marketing materials.

Provide recommendations to management regarding advertising strategies, promotional

activities, and market positioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
