KLUM Enterprises Ltd. DBA IHOP White Rock is looking for a hardworking and organized Restaurant manager to join our team.

Positions Available: 1
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $37.00/Hourly

Job Duties:

-Evaluate daily operations
-Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
-Monitor staff performance
-Plan and organize daily operations
-Recruit staff
-Set staff work schedules
-Conduct performance reviews
-Organize and maintain inventory
-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
-Participate in marketing plans and implementation
-Leading/instructing individuals
-Address customers' complaints or concerns

Job Requirements:

Education: High School
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: English

Start date: As soon as possible
