Wage: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Asian Cuisine is a busy and growing restaurant located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are committed to providing high-quality food and excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise food services associates, including scheduling and assigning work, participating in performance assessment;
- Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service;
- Hiring, supervision and shift scheduling of all other staff;
- Organize stock and equipment, ordering supplies and ingredients to promote efficiency of operation;
- Keep records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees;
- Evaluate the performance of the service workers and assist with the manager to regulate their payroll;
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
- Make sure appropriate cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas and equipment.
Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is required.
- Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
