Truck Drivers Supervisor
Sarai Xpress Trucking Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising truck drivers, coordinating daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting efficient fleet operations.

Salary: $38.08 – $40.00 per hour (30–40 hours per week)

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient completion of transportation operations.
Prepare driver schedules, route assignments, and operational plans based on company workload and delivery requirements.
Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies and transportation safety regulations.
Provide guidance and support to drivers regarding operational procedures, route concerns, and workplace requirements.
Ensure all drivers follow applicable safety standards, hours of service requirements, and company operating procedures.
Review trip reports, delivery records, and other operational documents to maintain accurate transportation records.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment requirements with internal teams and service providers.
Train and assist new drivers on company procedures, safety practices, and job responsibilities.
Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Communicate with management, drivers, and other departments to support smooth fleet operations and resolve work-related issues.
Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the trucking/transportation industry.
Experience supervising truck drivers is required.
Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access is an asset.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must be available for flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts.
Work is performed on-site at the company location.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced transportation environment.
