Responsibilities:

- Report to the General Manager, oversee the daily management of the Operations & Administration Department, and supervise subordinate staff including Supply Chain Coordinators and Administrative Clerks.
- Formulate and optimize departmental work procedures and management systems, and implement the company's operational and administrative policies.
- Coordinate cross-departmental workflow collaboration and internal resource allocation, to ensure efficient and orderly daily business operations.
- Take charge of daily administrative management, office operation support and logistics affairs, and promptly handle routine operational issues.
- Responsible for subordinate team building, on-the-job training and performance management.
