Job description
We are looking to hire a permanent full-time Data Entry Supervisor.
Candidate must have experiencw with QAD software and knowledge of plumbing and heating products.
Duties and Responsiblities:
- Data entry using the QAD software system to order plumbing and heating products
- Training and monitoring clerks in QAD software system
- Supervise sales emails and distribute workload among clerks
- Coordinate, assign and review the work of clerks
- Coordinate activities with company shipping department and shipping services
- Resolve work-related problems regarding shipping and receiving material or products
- Daily report of sales volume and product availability from the data entry result
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Prepare purchase order for plumbing and heating supplies and materials
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work of office or warehouse
