Wage Rate: $36 per hour (40 hours per week)

Education: High School required.

Experience: 1 -2 years of experience in similar industry.

Language: Basic English

Job Duties:

Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet the need of each project/client.
Study specifications of the project to prepare layouts.
Estimate the rough quantity of the material required to start the project.
Measure and cut lumber and other materials to the correct size and shape using hand and power tools.
Installations of windows, doors, and casings/trims
Assemble and install prefabricated building components.
Repair or replace damaged parts/sections of structure.
Installing trim, molding, and other decorative elements
Collaborating with team and other tradespeople
Follow safety regulations and procedures, including wearing protective equipment.

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
