Job description

• Greet guests warmly, explain the menu, and help them build their orders
• Slice vegetables, bake bread, and assemble sandwiches according to specific recipes
• Follow strict food safety rules to prevent cross-contamination and keep food at safe temperatures
• Wipe down counters, sweep floors, wash dishes, and clean the dining area
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register to process payments and give accurate change
• Restock food stations and move new supplies from storage to the front
