JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mr. Sub, located at 1201 Division Street, Kingston, Ontario, is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a committed, caring, and energetic individual who will make Mr. Sub the great place it is to work. JOB DUTIES:

Coordinate and manage the entire operation of the restaurant.
Coordinate and manage the entire staff of the restaurant.
Generate detailed daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on business, staff, and profits.
Prepare staff schedules that optimize labor costs while ensuring sufficient operational coverage.
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements & maintain inventory.
Ensure that food and service meet Mr. Sub standards.
Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes to meet brand standards.
Train new employees in job duties, health, hygiene & safety standards as per company policy.
Maintain records of sales, stocks, wastage, breakage & repairs
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to ensure a safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer service & resolve customer complaints.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
Responsible for increasing the business of the restaurant.
Increase the profits by minimizing wastage & cost control.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 7-months or more
Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

Wages: $36.10/hour
30 hours/week
