Wage: $23.50 per hour

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Job Requirements

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of related retail supervisory experience

Job Duties

• Supervise, coordinate, and assign duties to retail sales staff.
• Hire, train, and provide ongoing guidance to employees or arrange for appropriate training.
• Establish and manage staff work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
• Order merchandise and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory records.
• Authorize merchandise returns and customer refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Authorize payments by cheque where required.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, inventory, and personnel matters.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
