Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Child Caregiver to provide full-time care for a child with a disability in a private home. The caregiver will be responsible for ensuring the child's safety, health, comfort, and overall well-being while providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
Main Duties:
- Provide attentive, full-time care and supervision for a child with a disability.
- Assist with personal care, including dressing,
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements.
- Monitor the child's condition and respond appropriately to medical or emergency situations.
- Accompanying the child to medical appointments if parents are not available.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Perform light housekeeping related to the child's care, including laundry, cleaning toys, and preparing meals.

Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma.
- Previous experience caring for children, preferably children with disabilities or special medical needs.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
