Wage rate: $38.50/hour for 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years

Language: English.

Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, and control daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery services.
Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule restaurant and kitchen staff and monitor their performance.
Monitor revenues, expenses, labour and food costs, and implement cost-control measures.
Manage inventory and order food, beverages, packaging, and other restaurant supplies.
Ensure food quality, customer service, sanitation, health, and safety standards are maintained.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service and operational issues.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase sales.
Maintain required records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
