Hiring Construction Manager – to start as soon as possible

Full time, permanent position
40 hours per week
Hourly wage: $60-$65 per hour
Based in Armstrong, BC (on site work in region required)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
- Create work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other professionals.
- Review and manage construction contracts and project changes.
- Manage quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to clients.
- Order and purchase materials.
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
- Represent the company in business transactions.
Job requirements:
- English language
- Completion of a university degree or college diploma
- 2 years related work experience
