Retail Store Supervisor

SPS Innovations Ltd. DBA ESSO located at 1521 Canyon Street, Creston, BC V0B 1G0, Canada, is looking for Retail Store Supervisor. The candidate should have either minimum  6 months of experience or a certificate or diploma in a relevant field. Pay will be $24.00 hourly for 30- 40 hours per week.

Some of the major responsibilities will be :

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
