Job description
Job duties:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the organization’s day-to-day operational logistics to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.
- Coordinate activities and workflow with other work units, departments, and internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, provide guidance and support to staff, and recommend measures to enhance workplace productivity and operational efficiency.
- Requisition and procure materials, equipment, supplies, and other resources required for day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the organization, maintenance, and accuracy of inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
- Prepare, compile, and submit operational, administrative, and performance-related reports as required.
- Train and orient staff on their assigned duties, workplace procedures, organizational policies, and applicable operational standards.
Educational requirements: Secondary School Diploma
Work experience requirements: Minimum 1 year of related work experience is required
