WANTED: Production Workers – Available for 24-Hour Shift Work
Employer: BREKA Bakery Creations Inc.
Position: Production Worker
Number of Opening: 10
Employment conditions:
- Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time
- Work Location: #101 - 8811 Laurel Street, Vancouver, BC V6P 3V9
- Wage: $19.50 ~ $23.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- Hours: 35~40 hours per week
- Must be available to work anytime our operation of 24 hours per day.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Job duties:
- Work in different areas of the bakery production facility, including sandwiches, cakes, bread, pastries, and other product lines as required.
- Safely operate commercial kitchen and bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and other production machines.
- Follow daily deployment plans and production schedules for each product line.
- Prepare, measure, and transport ingredients and raw materials to the appropriate production areas.
- Follow the company policies/recipes for handling ingredients and machines.
- Ensure food and work safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment/machines.
Job Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of Secondary
- Must be available to work anytime our operation of 24 hours per day.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 kg regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks (kneading, lifting) for the full duration of shifts up to 10 hours
- Ability to work in hot and warm environments for prolonged durations
- Experience in a high-volume, 24/7 bakery/food production facility is an asset.
- Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is an asset.
