Wage rate: $24.50/hour for 32 to 40 hours/week.
Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate.
Experience: Will Train.
Language: English.
Job Duties:
- Provide personal care such as showering, shaving, and dressing.
- Assist with walking, mobility, and exercise routines, including stretching.
- Administer medications as directed and assist with medication reminders.
- Perform routine health-related tasks, such as changing non-sterile dressings.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and caring environment.
- Maintain general upkeep of the home, including cleaning, restocking supplies, and tidying living areas.
- Accompanying on short walks or other outdoor activities, weather permitting.
- Accompanying to doctor’s appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
- Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe living environment by assisting with fall prevention, managing hazards, and ensuring his living area is secure.
