Salary: CDN $45/hr for 30 to 40 hours a week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:

Oversee, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the establishment
Manage staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
Review market research and industry trends to assess consumer demand, forecast sales, and evaluate competitor impact
Determine merchandise and services to be offered, and establish pricing and credit policies
Source merchandise and negotiate with vendors as required
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenue performance
Assess and enhance customer service standards, responding to customer requests and resolving issues
Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, development, and retention of employees
