Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and authentic specialty Himalayan/Nepalese food items.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and coordinate food service activities.
- Maintain food inventory, monitor supplies, and estimate food requirements and costs.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure strict compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
- Clean kitchen workstations, equipment, cooking utensils, and storage areas regularly.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during high-volume peak dining hours.
Employment Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of commercial cooking experience.
- Ability to operate commercial kitchen cooking equipment and work effectively in a team.
