Job Description: Retail Store Supervisor

Salary: $20.00 / Hour
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work activities of cashiers, food servers, and counter staff.
- Assign staff to specific duties, prepare weekly shift schedules, and manage shift coverage.
- Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise/refunds according to store policy.
- Sell merchandise to customers and resolve customer complaints or operational issues professionally.
- Maintain specified inventory levels, order stock, and inspect delivery shipments for accuracy.
- Ensure all visual merchandising, promotional displays, and retail counters are clean and well-stocked.
- Prepare daily sales reports, perform cash counts, and reconcile financial records for management.
Employment Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
