WELDER – TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR
Multi Truck Sales Ltd. is seeking experienced Welders to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.
Position: Welder
Location: 6050 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $37.00–$40.00 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Job Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, repair orders, and welding specifications.
- Weld truck frames, trailers, and metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Repair cracks, dents, and structural damage to commercial trucks and trailers.
- Cut, shape, and fit metal parts using torches, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure strength, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform metal fabrication and reinforcement for truck bodies, chassis, and equipment.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment while following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Replace damaged metal components and fabricate custom parts as required.
- Maintain welding tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to complete truck repair and restoration projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 3–5 years of relevant welding experience is required.
- Experience with truck and trailer repair is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and understand welding drawings, specifications and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Security and Safety
