Timing: Working hours from 08:30 to 16:30

Wages: $45 per hour for 40 hours per week (Bi-weekly pay)

Overtime Rate: overtime rate of $ $67.50 per hour after 8 hours of work per day.

Benefits: will be according to the BC Employment Standards Act & 4% vacation pay, plus paid statutory holidays.

As an Assistant Manager – Autobody Operations, you will perform the following duties:

 

  • Coordinate the daily administrative operations of the autobody repair office, including developing work schedules, allocating administrative tasks among office and customer-service staff, and establishing and maintaining procedures for customer files, repair orders, invoices, and insurance documentation.
  • · Liaise with customers, insurance companies, suppliers, and other parties regarding appointments, documentation, approvals, payments, and account matters.
  • Monitor customer accounts, receivables, payments, and administrative expenses. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate their resolution. Maintain accurate records of insurance claims, invoices, accounts, correspondence, and other business transactions.
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain administrative inventory records, and prepare operational reports using computerized office and business-management systems to track activities.
  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of administrative staff.
  • Review administrative procedures and workflows, identify areas requiring improvement, and recommend appropriate administrative and operational improvements to management.
  • Strong organizational, customer-service and communication skills.

 

Job Requirements

Experience: 

• At least two to less than three years of supervisory, managerial or progressively responsible administrative experience is required.

 

Education:

  • Minimum completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

 

Work Conditions: 

  • ·      The candidate should be available to work full-time during the daytime
  • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
