Salary: $37.00 per hour (30-40 hours per week), 4% vacation pay

Position: Permanent and full-time

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Place, level, and finish concrete to precise grade and depth specifications.
• Use power vibrators and hand/power tools to compact, smooth, and texture surfaces.
• Apply hardening, sealing, and waterproofing treatments to ensure durability.
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and door sills as required.
• Repair and restore existing concrete structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout all work.
