Salary: $ 24.50 per hour (30-40 hours per week), 4% vacation pay

Position: Permanent and full-time

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Language: English

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Administered bedside and personal care to senior clients in a live-in setting.
• Administered medications to seniors as prescribed and directed.
• Assisted senior clients with bathing and other personal hygiene needs.
• Assisted seniors with regular exercise, including supervised walking.
• Fed or assisted senior clients with feeding during meals.
• Performed light housekeeping and cleaning duties in the senior’s residence.
• Provided compassionate personal care to seniors with varying needs.
• Prepared and served nutritious meals suited to senior dietary requirements.
