Job Description for the Restaurant Manager:

Manage day to day restaurants operations to maintain great service, food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Address complaints of the customers, take suggestions.
Recruit, train and supervise staff, provide on job training.
Set weekly schedule of the staff and monitor their performance.
Negotiate with the clients for outdoor and indoor catering or other use of the facility.
Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to minimize wastage and boost sales and optimize profitability.
Identify the service to be provided and implement the necessary operational protocols.
Reconcile cash and prepare balance sheet, cash report and other relating documents.
Develop, implement and analyze the budget of the restaurant.
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices of the dishes.
Ensure the inventory is consistently well organized and properly maintained.

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Team player; excellent oral communication; reliable. Must be able to supervise a minimum of 5 to 10 people.
