Dump Truck Drivers

Duties: Operate and drive primarily straight trucks to transport goods and materials mainly on local routes and short interurban routes. Oversee all aspects of vehicles such as condition of equipment and loading & unloading and safety and security of cargo. Perform pre-trip and post trip inspection of the vehicle. Communicate with dispatcher and team members regarding routes and deliveries. May perform emergency roadside repairs, etc.

Job is Full Time ( on an average of 32 to 40 hours per week). Work at various locations in lower mainland, Wages: $34.00 to 38.50 hourly (To be negotiated) and benefits 4% Vacation pay, Education-Secondary school is required, Language-English. Minimum Class 3 or D licence required. Candidates holding a valid Class 1 or A licence are also eligible to apply. Applicant must hold a valid licence appropriate for the vehicle operated or be legally eligible to obtain it. On the job training will be provided.
